Built for a Real Need in the Region

Colombia and Latin America have no shortage of opportunity. Companies in energy, mining, agribusiness, infrastructure and entertainment are growing and need capital to scale — while investors around the world are looking for solid projects in emerging markets.

What is missing is the bridge between them. Moises Maloof

An entrepreneur with a background in Private Equity and Luxury Hospitality, complemented by investment banking and investor relations across LatAm, Moises has built and operated businesses across multiple international markets. While living in the United Arab Emirates, he built a network of investors and capital partners in the Gulf and began channeling that capital toward opportunities in Colombia. As co-founder, he leads everything financial and investment-related at the firm — capital raising, structuring of investment rounds and cross-border connections between Colombia, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.

Sophia Linero

Co-Founder · International Legal Counsel

An internationally trained attorney with an LL.M. in International Law, Sophia leads the legal structuring of the firm's engagements. She focuses on foreign investment, corporate structuring, contracts and regulatory compliance — making sure every investment, round and operating structure stands up under both international standards and Colombian law. She also oversees immigration matters for executives and investors relocating to Colombia.
